This is a series of different residential and ADU floor plans developed as "product" for modular, rapid construction; also bearing the goal to achieve affordability, zero-net energy, passive-certified goals. 

My main responsibilities is to work with chief designer, in-house engineers, and contractors to develop the Revit workflow, with customized tools, to facilitate production of drawings and data communication. The models include main mechanical and electrical components, and key product information to assist in estimating and generating BOM. There were total 5 types of residence, 2 ADUs, and 3 types of detached garage floor plan created with gable roof design.

Aside from being a BIM manager, I work on individual projects, from preliminary studies through permitting, while interface with client, consultants, and construction project managers.
